"Likelihood of confusion" is the standard courts use to decide claims of trademark infringement as well as a fair description of the state of intellectual property, and discussions about it, in the 21st century.

Blogging for Industry.
If one more person tells me that I am going to have to blog, why that will make a number of people. So what I'm doing now is blogging. There is no requirement, however, to watch a person make a fool of himself. I'm just saying.
